After working as Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing for a deluxe hotel chain, Wendy joined Maritz Travel Company, one of the leading corporate travel entities in United States as an Account Executive. Wendy's responsibility with Maritz Travel Company included event planning, purchasing and on site operations for the organization of executive incentive travel programs primarily for the tech industry. Wendy has won several awards from various tourist boards around the world, and is the president and Founder of Paris Prelude Events and Barcelona Prelude Events, destination management companies in France and Spain. Wendy is also the Co-founder and Co-inventor of two international applications in the travel / event planning industry.
