Our Concierge Service is available for individual VIP guests and families, enabling 24/7 on call concierge service during their visit to Paris. Corporate accounts often use this service for their top management visiting regional offices from overseas or enable the CEO of an incentive program to have his or her own local and personal concierge service.

You will be provided with a local number to one of our senior bilingual staff to assist you with all spontaneous aspects of your visit. Including but not limited to: Top Restaurant reservations, VIP yacht with private chef, top shows with preferred seating, quality care services for health and beauty, last minute exclusive arrangements, local experienced advice and emergency assistance, to name a few examples.

Cost is based on a per day cost with a 3 day minimum. For an additional cost, Paris Prelude will provide guest with a mobile telephone including up to 2 hours of local calls, with pre-set numbers such as your personal concierge and emergency numbers, available at a touch of a button. Pick up and delivery in Paris included with personal instruction for easy use. Multiple phones available at reduced price.

Our mobile phone(s) are only available in concurrence with our concierge service. In the event that you may require onsite management with our staff in person, additional fees apply, which will be communicated in advance at time of request.
